Instant Cookie Dough
1 c. oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa
1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
2. Eat with a spoon or shape into cookies and let sit out/air dry into a cookie.
Note: “in the book, I have a recipe for low-fat peanut butter, that I use in the cookie dough recipe instead, but I used regular peanut butter here for people who don’t have the book yet”.
